对我国某厂研制的 ZG32MnMoNiCu 铸钢和生产中应用的 ZG25 Ⅰ的疲劳性能进行了对比研究。用常规单点试验法测定了两种材料的 S—N 曲线(带缺口试样),用成组对比试验法对两种材料的疲劳寿命进行了对比分析。试验结果表明:ZG32MnMo-NiCu 铸钢的拉—拉疲劳极限(带缺口试样)比 ZG25 Ⅰ提高25.6%,对称拉压疲劳极限提高23%:在成组对比试验的载荷工况下,当置信度为95%时,ZG32MnMoNi Cu 铸钢的中值疲劳寿命是 ZG25Ⅰ材料中值疲劳寿命的3.6~6.1倍。
The fatigue performance of ZG25 Ⅰ used in the production of ZG32MnMoNiCu cast steel developed by a factory in our country was compared. The S-N curves (notched specimens) of the two materials were measured by the conventional single-point test method, and the fatigue life of the two materials was compared by the group comparison test method. The experimental results show that the pull-pull fatigue limit (notched specimen) of ZG32MnMo-NiCu cast steel is 25.6% higher than that of ZG25 Ⅰ and the fatigue limit of symmetrical tension-compression is increased by 23%. Under the loading condition of the group comparison test, When the degree is 95%, the median fatigue life of ZG32MnMoNi Cu cast steel is 3.6 ~ 6.1 times of the median fatigue life of ZG25I material.
