使用AVL CRUISE软件建立了AMT公交车模型。将换挡过程分成离合器分离和发动机断油阶段、换挡阶段、离合器结合和发动机恢复供油阶段,以不同的换挡持续时间、离合器结合时间点和发动机供油时间点条件下的滑摩功、冲击度和换挡时间为评价指标,对各阶段发动机、离合器和变速器的动作过程进行了详细分析。结果表明,同时恢复发动机供油和结合离合器可以保证滑摩功和冲击度都最小,从而确定每个挡位的换挡时间、离合器结合时间和发动机恢复供油时间,为AMT公交车换挡过程制订了控制策略。
The AMT bus model was built using AVL CRUISE software.
