利用低温标记示踪和红外测温成像的方法对一种适用于石油焦粉工业锅炉的富氧燃烧器进行了冷态流场特性的研究。通过对红外图像的处理,分析射流温度场的分布情况,揭示了燃烧器的流场混合特性。实验结果表明,该燃烧器具有良好的空气动力场,一次风径向温度速度梯度较大,主流轴向温度速度梯度小,纯氧射流刚性强且与一次风混合距离合理;燃烧器高速一次风射流的流场混合效果受扩口和中心管钝体影响显著,轴线温度、射流扩展角和射程、中心回流区均呈现一定变化规律。
Cold-state flow field characteristics of an oxy-fuel burner suitable for petroleum coke industrial boilers were investigated by means of low-temperature labeling and infrared thermography. By analyzing the infrared image, the distribution of the temperature field of the jet is analyzed, and the flow field mixing characteristics of the burner are revealed. The experimental results show that the burner has a good aerodynamic field, the radial velocity gradient of the primary wind is large, the axial velocity gradient of the mainstream is small, the pure oxygen jet is strong and the mixing distance with the primary air is reasonable; the high speed primary air of the burner The mixing effect of the jet flow field is greatly affected by the flaring and the blunt body of the central tube. The axial temperature, jet expansion angle and range, and the center recirculation zone all exhibit a certain variation rule.
