目的:探讨术前、术后早期肠内营养对于改善老年胃癌患者术后机体免疫功能、营养状态的应用价值。方法:选取我院2015年2月-2016年8月收治的71例老年胃癌患者作为研究对象并根据随机综合序贯法分组,对照组(35例)患者术前以及术后早期不予以肠内营养,观察组(36例)患者术前、术后早期予以肠内营养,对比两组患者术后机体免疫功能、营养状态。结果:术后观察组前白蛋白、白蛋白及转铁蛋白水平、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+指标均明显优于对照组,结果具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:术前、术后早期肠内营养对于改善老年胃癌患者术后机体免疫功能、营养状态应用价值高,能够有效改善预后,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the preoperative and postoperative early enteral nutrition for improving the immune function and nutritional status of postoperative elderly patients with gastric cancer. Methods: A total of 71 elderly patients with gastric cancer who were admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group (35 patients) was not given preoperative and early postoperative enteral Nutrition and observation group (36 cases) were enrolled in enteral nutrition before and after the operation. The immune function and nutritional status of the two groups were compared. Results: The levels of albumin, albumin and transferrin before operation were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The indexes of CD4 +, CD8 + and CD4 + / CD8 + in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion: Preoperative and postoperative early enteral nutrition can improve the immune function and nutritional status of postoperative elderly patients with gastric cancer, which can effectively improve the prognosis and is worth promoting.
