介绍了杂多酸盐型固体超强酸 TiSiW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2的制备方法。以自制的 TiSiW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2为催化剂,通过正丁酸和无水乙醇反应合成了丁酸乙酯,并探讨了诸因素对产率的影响。实验表明:TiSiW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2具有良好的催化活性,醇酸摩尔比为1.5:1,催化利用量为反应液总量的1.0%,酯化反应时间为1.5h,反应温度为93~96℃,丁酸乙酯的产率达75.6%。
The preparation method of heteropoly acid salt solid superacid TiSiW_ (12) O_ (40) / TiO_2 is introduced. The ethyl butyrate was synthesized by the reaction of n-butyric acid and anhydrous ethanol with the self-made TiSiW 12 O 40 / TiO 2 catalyst. The effects of various factors on the yield were also discussed. The experimental results show that TiSiW 12 O 40 / TiO 2 has good catalytic activity, the molar ratio of alkyd to acid is 1.5: 1, the catalytic utilization is 1.0% of the total amount of the reaction solution, the esterification reaction time is 1.5 h, the reaction temperature 93 ~ 96 ℃, the yield of ethyl butyrate reached 75.6%.
