加强农民工社会保障建设,建立健全社会主义社会保障体系是构建社会主义和谐社会的一大要务,是加速城市化进程,统筹城乡社会和谐发展,推动社会主义市场经济健康发展的必然要求。当前由于受诸多因素影响,农民工社会保障存在严重缺失。因此,必须加快农民工社会保障建设。本文从分析农民工社会保障缺失的原因出发,初步提出了构建农民工社会保障的具体对策。 Strengthening social security for migrant workers, establishing and perfecting the socialist social security system is a major task in building a harmonious socialist society, accelerating the process of urbanization, coordinating the harmonious development of urban and rural areas, and promoting the healthy development of the socialist market economy. Due to many factors, there is a serious lack of social security for migrant workers. Therefore, we must speed up the construction of migrant workers’ social security. Based on the analysis of the reasons for the lack of social security for migrant workers, this paper puts forward some concrete measures to construct social security for migrant workers.
