为提高高速压电板形仪的在线检测精度及可靠性,研究张力分布方式、速度制度及载荷特性等对板形检测信号的影响,研制了一套高速压电板形仪工业化综合测试平台(简称“ICP-ITS”)。该平台可实现板形仪的精确动态标定和误差测试分析,保证了板形信号的准确性。在此基础上,采用带钢驱动和轴向移动式压轮张力调节机构,模拟板形检测工业现场,实现了不同浪形的物理模拟和板形信号检测。试验结果表明,该平台能提高板形仪的检测精度,缩短板形仪的标定上线周期,对促进板形仪的工业化应用具有重要的现实意义。
In order to improve the on-line detection accuracy and reliability of high-speed piezoelectric shape tester, the influence of tension distribution, velocity and load characteristics on the detection signal of flatness was studied. A set of high-speed piezoelectric shape analyzer integrated industrial test platform Abbreviation “ICP-ITS ”). The platform can realize the precise dynamic calibration and error test analysis of the plate-shaped instrument, and ensure the accuracy of the flat-shaped signal. On this basis, strip-driven and axial-moving roller tension control mechanisms were used to simulate the plate-shaped industrial field and realize the physical simulation of different waves and the detection of flat-shaped signals. The test results show that the platform can improve the detection accuracy of the plate-shaped instrument and shorten the calibration on-line cycle of the plate-shaped instrument, which is of great practical significance for promoting the industrial application of the plate-shaped instrument.
