本文叙述了广东茂名热电厂双曲线型自然通风冷却塔风压分布的风洞实验和全尺寸测量结果。该塔高90米,无塔肋。风洞实验给出了在均匀气流和大气边界层气流中,不同雷诺数和塔面集中粗糙度时的平均风压分布。全尺寸测量给出了雷诺数约为5.4×10~7时无肋塔内外壁面的平均风压分布。文中还讨论了风洞实验时模型表面适当布置粗糙度,可使低雷诺数时的实验结果应用于大雷诺数的问题。
This paper describes the wind tunnel experiment and full-scale measurement results of wind pressure distribution of hyperbolic natural draft cooling tower in Maoming Thermal Power Plant in Guangdong Province. The tower is 90 meters high, without tower ribs. The wind tunnel experiment shows the average wind pressure distribution under uniform airflow and atmospheric boundary layer airflow at different Reynolds numbers and tower surface roughness. The full-scale measurement gives the average wind pressure distribution on the inner and outer wall surfaces of the ribless tower with a Reynolds number of about 5.4 × 10 ~ 7. In the paper, the roughness of the model surface is also discussed in the wind tunnel experiment. The experimental results at low Reynolds number can be applied to the large Reynolds number problem.
