自磨技术的发展在国外已有将近70年的历程,在我国已有19年的历史,其中湿式自磨已有13年的历史。由于它具有简化流程、减少设备数量、节约建筑面积和基建投资以及提高选矿指标等一系列优点,所以逐渐为工业上所采用,并且日益增多(附表)。但是,湿式自磨在应用上也存在一些问题,其中主要是自磨机的生产能力低(附表)。因此分析目前已经投产的湿式自磨选厂生产能力低的原因,并找出解决问题的途径是很有现实意义的,这个问题若解决得好,则湿式自磨技术可以进一步获得推广。
Since the development of self-wear technology in foreign countries for nearly 70 years of history, in our country has 19 years of history, including wet self-grinding has been 13 years of history. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to analyze the causes of the low production capacity of the wet self-polluting plants that have been put into operation and to find out ways to solve the problems. If the problem is solved well, the wet self-abrasion technology can be further popularized.
