目的探讨甲型H1N1流感疫苗对甲型H1N1流感患者的临床保护作用。方法接种H1N1流感疫苗后患甲型H1N1的患者31例(疫苗组),未接种疫苗的甲型H1N1流感患者42例(非疫苗组),对比分析其临床资料、临床表现及实验室指标。结果疫苗组淋巴细胞总数、淋巴细胞比例显著高于非疫苗组(P<0.05)。疫苗组心肌激酶、C反应蛋白水平显著低于非疫苗组(P<0.05);疫苗组全身症状、消化道症状发生率显著低于非疫苗组(P均<0.05)。结论接种甲型H1N1流感疫苗可起到增强机体免疫功能、减轻甲型H1N1流感患者的炎症反应、改善临床症状和减少肺部损伤的作用。
Objective To investigate the clinical protective effect of influenza A (H1N1) vaccine on patients with influenza A (H1N1). Methods Thirty-one patients with influenza A H1N1 (vaccine group) and 42 unvaccinated patients with influenza A (H1N1) virus (non-vaccine group) were vaccinated with H1N1 influenza vaccine. The clinical data, clinical manifestations and laboratory parameters were analyzed. Results The total number of lymphocytes and the proportion of lymphocytes in vaccine group were significantly higher than those in non-vaccine group (P <0.05). The levels of myocardial kinase and C-reactive protein in the vaccine group were significantly lower than those in the non-vaccine group (P <0.05). The incidences of systemic symptoms and gastrointestinal symptoms in the vaccine group were significantly lower than those in the non-vaccine group (all P <0.05). Conclusion Influenza A (H1N1) vaccination can enhance the immune function, reduce the inflammatory response, improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the lung injury in patients with influenza A (H1N1).
