目的 探讨冻干人羊膜治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果和手术方法。方法 对 3 0例 ( 3 0眼 )翼状胬肉患者实施胬肉切除术和冻干人羊膜覆盖术。结果 3 0例 ( 3 0眼 )行此手术 ,术后观察羊膜片在 2～ 3周后溶解 ,随访 6～ 15个月 ,2例复发 ,复发率为 6 7%。结论 冻干人羊膜是安全有效治疗翼状胬肉的新方法 ,可较大程度地降低箭肉术后复发率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects and surgical methods of lyophilized human amniotic membrane in the treatment of pterygium. Methods Thirty (30) patients with pterygium were treated with pterygium resection and lyophilized human amniotic membrane. Results 30 cases (30 eyes) underwent this operation. After operation, the amniotic membrane pieces were dissolved in 2 to 3 weeks and followed up for 6 to 15 months. Two cases relapsed with a recurrence rate of 67%. Conclusion The lyophilized human amniotic membrane is a new and safe method for the treatment of pterygium, which can greatly reduce the recurrence rate after the operation.
