少数民族预科学制短,民族成分多,与本科教学有明显的特殊性。在预科教育政策实施的几十年间,为国家培养了大量少数民族人才,但同时教学管理上也凸显一些问题,如学生两极化程度明显、教育创新难以推行、教学班级规模过大、缺乏教学管理自主权等等。文章探讨了以上问题,并建议高校健全预科教学管理体制,增加教师编制,完善教师职称评定制度,采取分层教学,国家应提倡预科教育改革等。
Minority preparatory science system is short, ethnic composition, and undergraduate teaching have obvious particularity. During the decades of implementation of the preparatory education policy, a large number of ethnic minority talents have been cultivated for the country. At the same time, some problems have also appeared in the teaching management. For example, students have obvious polarization, education innovation is difficult to implement, teaching classes are too large and teaching management is lacking Autonomy and so on. The article explores the above problems and suggests that colleges and universities should improve their matriculation teaching management system, increase the establishment of teachers, improve the system of teachers’ professional title assessment, and adopt a layered teaching system. The state should promote the reform of preparatory education.
