大连位于我国辽东半岛的南端,东濒黄海的大连湾,西临渤海,南与山东半岛隔海相望,北与东北大陆相连。是通向国内外的水陆交通枢纽,是我国重要进出口基地,东北对外贸易中心,辽南工商中心,文化中心。其城市性质的确定,不仅对大连市的发展有着重大意义,而且对东北,尤其是经济联系区内的经济发展,都有着深刻的影响。本文拟通过分析大连市在全国和经济区域中的地位,城市的主要职能和作用以及历史演变,现有基础和发展条件等,对大连城市的性质和经济发展战略作初步探讨。 Dalian is located in the southern tip of Liaodong Peninsula in China. It is bordered by the Yellow Sea to the east by Dalian Bay, to the west to the Bohai Sea, to the south and the Shandong Peninsula across the sea and to the north to the northeast China. It is a water and land transport hub leading to both home and abroad. It is an important import and export base in China, the Northeast Foreign Trade Center, the Liaonan Business Center and the Cultural Center. The determination of the nature of the city not only has great significance for the development of Dalian, but also has a profound impact on the economic development in the Northeast, especially in the economic ties. This article intends to make a preliminary study on the nature and economic development strategy of Dalian by analyzing the status of Dalian in the whole country and the economic region, the main function and role of the city, the historical evolution, the existing foundation and the development conditions.
