应用化学发光法和电子顺磁共振自旋捕集技术观察茜草双脂和WR2721对人多形核白细胞(PMN)受刺激剂PMA刺激后产生的氧自由基的清除作用。结果表明茜草双脂和WR2721对人PMN受PMA刺激后产生的氧自由基有较明显的清除作用,茜草双脂对水溶液体系中的O_2和~·OH的清除百分率分别为52.8与33.4,WR2721对水溶液体系O_2和~·OH的清除百分率分别为14.5与42.6。
Using chemiluminescence and electron paramagnetic resonance spin trap technology, we observed the scavenging effect of P. edulis and WR2721 on the oxygen free radicals produced by the stimulation of human polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN) stimulated by PMA. The results showed that the ROS and WR2721 had a clear scavenging effect on the oxygen free radicals generated by PMN stimulated by PMN. The percentages of O 2 and OH in the aqueous solution system were 52.8 and 33.4, respectively. The removal percentages of O_2 and ~·OH in the aqueous solution system were 14.5 and 42.6, respectively.
