2.3 Transfer System The transition from analog to digital system is a major change in radio and television. While the global market for analogue television users is challenging for this transformation, the enormous business opportunities and challenges it has created are driving the process of change. The United States and Japan have plans to end NTSC simulation in 2006, with Canada in 2007, Australia in late 2008, Germany and South Korea in 2010. There are currently three systems developed for the DTV transmission system. The first is the ATSC digital TV standard implemented in the United States, which allows an additional digital transmitter to be added to each NTSC transmitter to face the NTSC industry
