In answering a reporter’s question on the two sessions of the “Chinese and foreign press conferences”, Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing said: “I think that historical understanding should be a powerful progressive force and should not become a burden to delay. Truth is often the most simple, Taking history as a mirror and looking forward to the future is the simplest and most practical way to solve the problem. ”He even quoted the inscription he saw at a temple on the outskirts of Kyoto, the ancient capital of Japan, “The friendly relations between the peoples of China and Japan have been for generations to come. This is a very prosperous road and its development can not be stopped by any force.” Concerning the rise of Japan to Japan, Japan reporters are both an opportunity and a threat to Japan. What should China and Japan do? As for bilateral relations, Li Zhaoxing first emphasized that the recent improvement in Sino-Japanese relations is “the result of joint efforts by both sides is hard won and worthy of common treasure.”
