2001年3月30日,中华全国世界语协会召开了协会成立50周年纪念会,约70名在京世界语者回世界语的支持者与会。纪念会由全国世协会长谭秀珠主持。全国世协秘书长于涛回顾了全国世协成立50年来走过的历程,展望了新世纪的工作。中国外文出版发行事业局常务副局长、全国世协副会长赵常谦,中国世界语之友会会长、首任驻美大使柴泽民,全国世协名誉会长、著名语言学家陈原,全国世协名誉会长张企程,中国报道杂志社副社长王锡符,中国残疾人联合会前副会长、著名盲人世界语者黄乃等同志发表了讲话。(讲话摘要另发)在全国世协成立50周年前夕,国际世界语协会、日本世界语学会、韩国世界语协会,以及北京市世界语协会、上海市世界语协会、天津市世界语协会、湖北省世界语协会、内蒙古自治区世界语协会、中国铁路职工世协等发来贺信、贺电表示祝贺。在此我们向所有关心和支持中华全国世界语协会工作的国内外世界语组织和个人表示衷心的感谢。
On March 30, 2001, the All-China Esperanto Association held a commemorative event to mark the 50th anniversary of the Association’s founding, and about 70 supporters and participants of Esperanto who returned to Esperanto in Beijing. The memorial meeting was presided over by the National Association President Tan Xiuzhu. Yu Tao, the secretary-general of the World Association for International Sports, reviewed the course of the 50-year history of the establishment of the World Association and looked forward to the work in the new century. Zhao Changqian, Deputy Director of China Foreign Languages Publishing and Distribution Bureau and Vice Chairman of the World Association of the People’s Republic of China, Chai Zemin, Chairman of the China-Estonia Friendship Association, First Ambassador to the United States, Honorary President of the National Association of Worlds, Famous Linguistician Chen Yuan, National Association of World Associations Honorary President Zhang Qicheng, Vice President of China Reports Magazine Co., Ltd. Wang Xifu, former vice president of the China Disabled Persons Federation, and famous blind Esperanto language correspondent Huang Nai made speeches. (Speech summary is issued separately) On the eve of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the World Association for International Relations, the International Esperanto Association, the Japanese Esperanto Institute, the Korean Esperanto Association, and the Beijing Esperanto Association, the Shanghai Esperanto Association, the Tianjin Esperanto Association, the Hubei Esperanto Association, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region The World Esperanto Association and the World Association of China Railway Workers sent congratulatory messages and congratulations on their message.
