题记:近年来人力资源规划已日益受到企业管理界的重视。一般工来说在经济发展初期,由于大部分工作并不需要什么特殊技能,往往体现为市场人力供应超出需求,所以企业对人力资源问题并不重视。但是一旦进入工业化阶段之后,由于技术变革迅速,社会各界均需要有较高技术水准的人力,相互竞争,导致人才严重短缺,故而许多企业开始关注人力资源的有效运用问题,纷纷开展人力资源规划工作。
Inscription: In recent years, human resources planning has been increasingly valued by business management. Generally speaking, in the early stage of economic development, most jobs did not require any special skills and often reflected the supply of manpower in the market that surpassed demand. Therefore, enterprises did not attach importance to the issue of human resources. However, once the industrialization phase has started, due to the rapid technological change and the need of all sectors of society to compete with each other in a highly technical standard, resulting in a serious shortage of qualified personnel, many enterprises have started to pay attention to the effective utilization of human resources and have conducted human resources planning work .
