观察粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM—CSF)联合α-干扰素(α-1bINF)治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者对细胞免疫的影响及抗病毒治疗效果。设GM-CSF联合α-INF实验组和单用α-INF对照组,观察两组患者治疗前后外周血白细胞计数、单核细胞计数、粒细胞计数;T淋巴细胞亚群;单个核细胞白细胞介素2活性(PBMCIL2);单个核细胞白细胞介素2受体表达(PBMCIL2R),观察治疗后两组患者细胞免疫水平变化。实验组近期疗效与对照组比较无显著差异,而远期疗效显著优于对照组。加用GM-CSF治疗后患者上述各项指标较单用α-干扰素组显著升高。联合治疗组HBV清除率优于单用α-干扰素,联合治疗后显著升高患者血液中吞噬细胞数量,提高患者细胞免疫功能。
To observe the effects of GM-CSF combined with α-1bINF on cellular immunity and anti-virus therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB). Peripheral blood leukocyte count, monocyte count, granulocyte count, T lymphocyte subsets and peripheral blood mononuclear cells were observed before and after treatment with GM-CSF plus α-INF and GM-CSF alone. 2 activity (PBMCIL2); mononuclear cell interleukin 2 receptor expression (PBMCIL2R), observed after treatment in two groups of patients with cellular immunity level changes. There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the short-term curative effect, while the long-term curative effect was significantly better than that in the control group. After treatment with GM-CSF, the above-mentioned indexes of patients were significantly higher than those of interferon-α alone. The combined treatment group HBV clearance rate is better than single interferon α, the combination therapy significantly increased the number of patients with blood phagocytic cells and improve cellular immune function.
