目的对黄曲霉毒素检测方法中的参数进行优化,完善2010版药典的黄曲霉毒素检测方法。方法本实验改用70%的甲醇作为溶剂,调整流动相的比例及样品提取中离心机转速。结果被测各组分之间有很好的分离度,有很好的峰型。B2和G2的最低检出限为0.07g/kg,B1和G1的最低检出限为0.10g/kg,回收率83.1%-94.6%,RSD3%-5%。结论采用此方法检测常用中药材中的黄曲霉毒素无干扰性杂峰,结果准确可靠。
Objective To optimize the parameters of aflatoxin detection method and improve the detection method of aflatoxin in Pharmacopoeia 2010. Methods In this experiment, 70% methanol was used as the solvent, and the proportion of mobile phase and the centrifuge speed in sample extraction were adjusted. Results measured between the components have a good resolution, there is a good peak. The detection limits of B2 and G2 were 0.07g / kg. The detection limits of B1 and G1 were 0.10g / kg. The recovery rates were 83.1% -94.6% and RSD3% -5%. Conclusion This method is suitable for the detection of aflatoxins in Chinese herbal medicines. The results are accurate and reliable.
