作者用湿润烧伤膏与金霉素甘油糊剂（AGP）随机单盲对照治疗38例糜烂型扁平苔鲜病人。结果证明：在溃疡修复方面，MEBO治疗组有16例有效，而AGP组仅有9例；在止痛方面，MEBO有17例止痛有效，而AGP仅有9例。无论溃疡面修复与止痛效果，MEBO均明显优于AGP（P＜0．05）。本文还探讨了MEBO治疗糜烂型扁平苔藓的机理。
The authors treated 38 patients with erosive lichen planus with a single-blind, randomized, controlled trial of MEBO plus carbamazepan glycerin paste (AGP). The results showed that: in the ulcer repair, MEBO treatment group was 16 effective, while only 9 cases of AGP group; analgesia, MEBO 17 cases of pain relief effective, while only 9 cases of AGP. MEBO was significantly better than AGP in both ulcer repair and analgesia (P <0.05). This article also explored the MEBO treatment of erosive lichen planus mechanism.
