针对工业控制网络对工业以太网实时性可靠性的要求,笔者分析了工业以太网事件的响应周期,提出了提高工业以太网实时性的方法,并通过西门子工业以太网Profinet在煤矿综合自动化系统中的应用实例,证明了工业以太网能够满足煤矿综合自动化系统的组网要求,具有带宽资源丰富、实时性高和网络自愈时间短等优势。
Aiming at the requirements of industrial control network for the real-time reliability of industrial Ethernet, the author analyzes the response cycle of industrial Ethernet events and puts forward a method to improve the real-time of industrial Ethernet. Through Siemens Industrial Ethernet Profinet in the coal mine integrated automation system The application example proves that Industrial Ethernet can meet the networking requirements of the integrated coal mine automation system and has the advantages of abundant bandwidth resources, high real-time performance and short self-healing time of the network.
