本试验以B5、MS为基本培养基,设立不同的激素配比,进行茎尖直接分化效果的比较。分别筛选出适合B5和MS培养基的最佳激素配比,并对两种培养基配方加以比较,初步选定MS培养基附加IAA 0.025mg/L和6-BA 1.0mg/L为最佳的茎尖直接分化培养基,其绿苗繁殖频率可达475%,初步建立了以茎尖为外植体的纤维亚麻直接分化再生系统,与以往的下胚轴再生分化系统相比绿苗繁殖频率明显提高。
