目的建立工作场所空气中二乙撑三胺(DETA)的测定方法。方法按照《工作场所空气中有毒物质检测方法研究规范》的要求,对空气中DETA通过用浸渍异硫氰酸-1-萘酯(NTIC)的XAD-2树脂吸附,二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)解吸,用氰基柱分离后,高压液相色谱紫外检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果该方法在0-12μg/ml范围呈线性关系,样品在吸附管中可保存7 d,方法重现性好,不同浓度的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.01%~6.67%,方法检出限为0.051μg/ml,平均解吸效率为100.3%,平均采样效率为98.8%,120 mg吸附管对DETA的穿透容量是0.607 mg,空气中与DETA共存的乙二胺在该方法条件下不干扰测定。结论该方法各项指标均达到《工作场所空气中有毒物质检测方法研究规范》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中DETA的现场监测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of DETA in workplace air.
