The deflection monitoring system of Hutuo River Bridge on Beijing-Shijiazhuang Expressway uses advanced sensor technology, optical fiber communication and computer technology to monitor the structural response and behavior of bridge operation stage under various environmental conditions in real time and obtain the information reflecting structural conditions and environmental factors. This analysis of the health status of the structure, assessing the safety and reliability of the structure provides a scientific basis for the management and maintenance of the bridge.
