目的:研究IGF—Ⅱ mRNA在肾母细胞瘤中的表达。方法:用原位杂交方法检测42例肾母细胞瘤在不同病理组织类型中的表达。结果: 42例肾母细胞瘤中有 28例呈高表达, 10例正常组织呈低表达,两组比较有显著差异( P< 0. 01),其中以胚基细胞为主型肾母细胞瘤的IGF-ⅡmRNA的表达高于上皮细胞优势型和间质细胞优势型的肾母细胞瘤(P<0. 01;在低分化间变型肾母细胞瘤中IGF—ⅡmRNA表达水平显著高于无间变型肾母细胞瘤(P<0.05)。结论:IGF—Ⅱ mRNA表达水平的高低与肾母细胞瘤的分化程度呈负相关性且IGF—Ⅱ在肾母细胞瘤的增殖分化中起重要的调节作用。
Objective: To study the expression of IGF-Ⅱ mRNA in Wilms’ tumor. Methods: The expression of nephroblastoma in 42 cases of different pathological types was detected by in situ hybridization. Results: In 42 cases of nephroblastoma, 28 cases were highly expressed and 10 cases were normal tissues with low expression (P <0.01). The majority of blastocyst-based nephroblastoma (P <0.01). The expression of IGF-ⅡmRNA in the poorly differentiated metaxant nephroblastoma was significantly higher than that in the all-trans form (P0.05) .Conclusion: The expression level of IGF-Ⅱ mRNA is negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation of nephroblastoma and IGF-Ⅱ plays an important role in the proliferation and differentiation of nephroblastoma Regulatory effect.
