目的:研究采用颅内碎吸治疗高血压性脑出血的临床效果。方法:颅内碎吸治疗高血压性脑出血40例,并与常规治疗31例进行比较。结果:颅内碎吸治疗组血肿减少50%,可明显降低颅内压;血肿吸收率较常规治疗组快10倍(7.15±3.1ml/d、0.69±0.4ml/d;P<0.01);术后12h血压稳定(收缩压≤21kPa,平均动脉压≤16kPa,舒张压≤13kPa);术后2周,肺部感染、上消化道出血、心律紊乱的发生率明显减少(P<0.01)。结论:颅内碎吸治疗能明显降低急性期高血压性脑出血的病死率。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of using intracranial shred to treat hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 40 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated by intracranial sucking suction were compared with 31 cases of routine treatment. Results: Intracranial aspiration treatment reduced the intracranial pressure by 50% in the hematoma treated group. The hematoma absorption rate was 10 times faster than that in the conventional treatment group (7.15 ± 3.1ml / d, 0.69 ± 0.4ml / d ; P <0.01); blood pressure was stable at 12h after operation (systolic pressure≤21kPa, mean arterial pressure≤16kPa and diastolic pressure≤13kPa); incidence of pulmonary infection, upper gastrointestinal bleeding and cardiac arrhythmia Significantly reduced (P <0.01). Conclusion: Intracranial suction therapy can significantly reduce the mortality of acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
