近10多年来,鲍温样丘疹病(Bowenoid papulosis,简称BP)作为临床病理学的独立疾患已有报导。它是一种常发生在年轻成人生殖器肛门部位的良性多发性色素性丘疹损害,易与多种疾病混淆,而组织病理学表现为原位鳞癌改变,引起皮肤学界对它的关注,并对它的病因及发病机理进行了一些研究。目前,对本病的认识尚有分歧,有待长期观察进一步积累资料加以阐明。为了使临床医师对本病有所认识,避免不恰当的处理,经复习文献将鲍温样丘疹病 In the past 10 years, Bowenoid papulosis (BP) has been reported as an independent disease of clinical pathology.
