Tom Wolfe, born 1931 in Richmond, Virginia, USA. 1951 graduated from Washington University, graduated from Yale University in 1957, received a doctorate. Wulf early in the news coverage, but he broke through the traditional mode of news writing, creating a new journalism (New Journalism) writing. Its early essays were included in the book “Kandy,” a book of bestsellers. In 1968, two books, Water Pump House and Acid Test, were published, and the novel tells the story of anti-traditional American youth in the 1960s and 1970s. In 1970, the book “radical style” was published, ridiculing New York celebrity advocating politics. Published in 1975, “Powder” book, expressed the irony of modern art. In recent years, Wolf has also authored a series of other works, including The Right Stuff, a non-fiction novel depicting the U.S. manned space program, and The Bon fire of the novel the Vanities, A Man in Full. The use of popular psychology and literature elements to help reform the creation of non-fiction works won his work honors, in 2003 won the Chicago Tribune Literature Award.
