目的建立并比较不同产地远志药材的FTIR指纹图谱及差异,说明远志药材的红外光谱特点。方法对远志药材及醇溶性浸出物的FTIR图谱进行共有峰率和变异峰率分析,以及聚类分析。结果 10个产地远志原药的红外图谱在3 300,2 930,2 850,1 710,1 650,1 510,1 450,1 260,1 060,600 cm-1附近有十个共有峰,以山西为对照组得到原药材组的平均共有峰率为85.7%,醇溶性浸出物组的平均共有峰率为79.0%,通过聚类分析可知山西远志与大多数产地远志为同一亚类。结论山西远志具有很好的代表性,红外光谱分析为远志质量控制提供补充。
Objective To establish and compare the FTIR fingerprints and differences of Polygalaceae from different regions to illustrate the infrared spectrum characteristics of Polygalaceae. Methods The FTIR spectra of Polygala tenarum and alcohol-soluble extracts were analyzed for the total peak and variance, and cluster analysis. Results The infrared spectrum of the ten original Polygalaceae originals showed ten common peaks around 3 300, 2 930, 2 850, 1 710, 1 650, 1 510, 1 450, 1 260, 1 060 and 600 cm- In the control group, the average peak shared rate of the crude drug group was 85.7% and that of the alcohol-soluble extract group was 79.0%. By means of cluster analysis, Polygalaceae Shanxi was the same subclass as Polygalaceae. Conclusion Shanxi Polygalaceae is well represented, and infrared spectroscopy provides supplements for Polygala quality control.
