目的 :研究甜菜碱对小鼠高脂血症和脂肪肝的预防作用。方法 :昆明种小鼠分为 :正常组、高脂组、脂必妥药物对照组和甜菜碱组。喂养 6周后 ,酶法测定血清总胆固醇 (TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇脂 (HDL C)、丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)和天冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST)活力 ,微量荧光法测定肝脏匀浆液的丙二醛 (Malondialdehyde ,MDA)含量并观察肝脏冰冻切片脂肪染色。 结果 :甜菜碱使高脂血症小鼠血清TC ,ALT和AST值显著降低 ,HDL C/TC比值明显升高 ,并降低了肝脏组织中MDA含量。肝脏冰冻切片的脂肪染色显示甜菜碱明显减少了肝脏中脂肪的堆积。结论 :甜菜碱能明显降低高脂血症小鼠的血脂水平 ,同时减轻脂肪肝形成的程度
Objective : To study the preventive effect of betaine on hyperlipidemia and fatty liver in mice. Methods: Kunming mice were divided into normal group, high-fat group, lipid-blocking drug control group and betaine group. After 6 weeks of feeding, serum total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activity were measured enzymatically. Microfluidometry was used to determine liver activity. Malondialdehyde (MDA) content of the serum was measured and fat staining of liver frozen sections was observed. Results: Betaine significantly decreased serum TC, ALT and AST levels in hyperlipidemia mice, increased HDL C/TC ratio, and decreased MDA content in liver tissue. Fat staining of frozen sections of the liver showed that betaine significantly reduced fat accumulation in the liver. Conclusion: Betaine can significantly reduce lipid levels in hyperlipidemia mice and reduce the degree of fatty liver formation.
