目的:探讨六西格玛管理法在手术室连台手术管理中的应用及效果。方法采用六西格玛管理方法定义、测量、分析、改进、控制5个步骤对连台手术间隔时间进行管理,评价并比较管理前后效果。结果实施六西格玛管理后连台手术时间间隔、患者、医生、护士、护工的满意度均比管理前得到有效改善,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论应用六西格玛对手术室连台手术进行管理,缩短了连台手术间隔时间,提高了手术间的周转率,同时提高了患者、医生、护士、护工的满意度。“,”Objective To investigate the application effect of six sigma management in shorten the surgery time interval.Methods By using the six sigma management methods of definition,measurement,analysis,improvement,control to the management of surgery time interval.Eval-uating the effect before and after the management.Results After the implementation of six sigma management,the surgery interval time,the satisfaction of patients,nurses,doctors and care workers improved,the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The application of six sigma management in continuous operations,shorten operation time interval,improve the turnover rate of operating room,im-prove the satisfaction of patients,nurses,doctors and care workers.
