血府逐瘀汤为清代王清任在《医林改错》中所创,系由桃红四物汤(生地易熟地,赤芍易白芍)合四逆散(枳壳易枳实)加桔梗、牛膝而成,其本意“治胸中血府血瘀证。”现代常用于冠心病心绞痛、风湿性心脏病、胸部挫伤及肋软骨炎之胸痛,以及脑血栓形成、高血压病、高脂血症、血栓闭塞性脉管炎、神经官能症、脑震荡后遗症之头痛、头晕等属淤血气滞者。笔者用其活血化瘀的作用,临床上灵活加减治疗眩晕、头痛、不寐等属气滞血瘀证者,常常获得满意疗效。
