我们于1986年12月以来用三磷酸腺苷(ATP)治疗11例阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)。对象与方法PSVT患者,男7例,女4例,年龄20～76岁。初发1例,余发作史2～36年。风心瓣膜病伴LGL1例,冠心病1例,高血压病1例,LGL及WPWB型各1例,原因不明6例。本次PSVT历时0.5～17小时,就诊前均未用抗心律失常药物。在测血压
We treated 11 cases of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) with adenosine triphosphate (ATP) since December 1986. Subjects and methods PSVT patients, 7 males and 4 females, aged 20 to 76 years. Initial 1 cases, more than 2 to 36 years history. Wind-induced valvular disease with LGL1 cases, coronary heart disease in 1 case, hypertension in 1 case, LGL and WPWB-type in 1 case, 6 cases of unknown cause.
