Objective To investigate the clinical and prognostic factors of patients with cervical adenocarcinoma. Methods Retrospective analysis of 87 cases of cervical adenocarcinoma admitted to our hospital clinical data. Results The 5-year overall survival rate of 87 patients was 56.32% (49/87). The 5-year survival rates of patients in stage I, II, III and IV were 81.82% (9/11) and 60.32% (38) /63),20.00%(2/10),0%(0/3). The local tumor diameter, clinical stage, degree of histological differentiation and other factors have an impact on the 5-year survival rate. Conclusion The prognosis of patients with cervical adenocarcinoma is closely related to clinical stage, local tumor diameter, lymph node metastasis and histological differentiation.
