目的:研究纳米级载银无机抗菌剂(NSBIAA)对口腔白色念珠菌的杀菌作用,同时评价该抗菌剂应用于口腔材料的可行性。方法:体外实验观察不同浓度纳米级载银无机抗菌剂(NSB1AA)对白色念珠菌(ATCC3153a)的杀菌活性;模拟佩戴义齿基托患者的口腔环境,观察NSB1AA在该环境中对白色念珠菌的作用。结果:NSB1AA对白色念珠菌的最低杀菌浓度(MBC)为3.42mg/mL,在模拟口腔环境中显示对白色念珠菌的良好抗菌活性。结论:NSB1AA具有在口腔材料领域应用的可行性。
OBJECTIVE: To study the bactericidal effect of NSBIAA on Candida albicans and to evaluate the feasibility of applying the antibacterial agent to oral cavity. Methods: The bactericidal activities of NSB1AA against Candida albicans (ATCC3153a) were observed in vitro. The oral environment of patients with denture base prosthesis was simulated to observe the effect of NSB1AA on Candida albicans . Results: The minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of Candida albicans against NSB1AA was 3.42 mg / mL, which showed good antibacterial activity against Candida albicans in simulated oral cavity. Conclusion: NSB1AA has the feasibility of application in oral materials.
