目的:观察精制吴茱萸胶囊对正常动物的痛阈、中枢神经活动和脑血流的作用。方法:以热板法和醋酸法测其痛阈值。以小鼠自主活动和探究行为测其对神经系统的作用。以激光Doppler 测大鼠大脑皮质运动区脑血流的变化。结果:精制吴茱萸胶囊能明显提高小鼠( 热板法) 痛阈值。延长小鼠的扭体潜伏期( 醛酸法) ,但对小鼠的扭体次数无明显影响。大剂量(400 mg/kg) 对小鼠探究行为有一定的抑制作用。但对活动次数无明显影响。对大鼠脑血流有明显的增加作用。结论:精制吴茱萸胶囊具有一定的镇痛作用,并能调节脑血流
Objective: To observe the effects of refined Wuqi capsules on the pain threshold, central nervous activity and cerebral blood flow in normal animals. Methods: The pain threshold was measured by hot plate method and acetic acid method. The effect of the mouse’s autonomic activity and inquiry behavior on the nervous system was measured. The changes of cerebral blood flow in the rat cerebral cortex were measured by laser Doppler. RESULTS: Refined Wuqi capsules can significantly increase the mouse (hot plate method) pain threshold. Extend the writhing latency of mice (aldic acid method), but no significant effect on the number of writhing mice. Large doses (400 mg/kg) have a certain inhibitory effect on the exploratory behavior of mice. However, there was no significant effect on the number of activities. There is a significant increase in cerebral blood flow in rats. Conclusion: The refined Wuqi capsule has certain analgesic effect and can regulate cerebral blood flow
