患者 ,女 ,37岁 ,因突发晕厥 2次入院。患者于入院头天下午突发晕厥 ,持续几十秒后自行缓解 ,3ｍｉｎ后再次发生晕厥 1次 ,持续近 1ｍｉｎ后自行缓解。自诉发作前无明显诱因及不适 ,发作时无抽搐 ,发作后亦无特殊不适感。既往无类似发作 ,但约半年前起偶有夜间胸闷不适感 ,每次 Patient, female, 37 years old, admitted to hospital twice due to sudden syncope. Sudden onset of syncope on the first afternoon of admission, sustained tens of seconds after the self-remission, syncope again after 3min 1, sustained almost 1min after remission.
