目的护理查对制度在手术室护理中的应用价值。方法选取2014年6-12月于沈阳市红十字会医院接受手术治疗的340例患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各170例。对照组患者给予手术室常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施手术室护理查对制度,比较两组患者的护理纠纷事件发生率、护理满意度及护理质量。结果护理期间,观察组患者护理纠纷发生率为1.8%(3/170),明显低于对照组的10.6%(18/170),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度及护理质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理中实施护理查对制度,可降低医疗纠纷发生率,提高患者的护理满意度及护理质量。
Objective Nursing check system in the operating room nursing value. Methods A total of 340 patients who underwent surgical treatment in Shenyang Red Cross Hospital from June to December 2014 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 170 cases each. Patients in the control group were given routine care in the operating room. Patients in the observation group were operated on the basis of the control group. The incidence of nursing disputes, nursing satisfaction and quality of care were compared between the two groups. Results During the nursing period, the incidence of nursing disputes in the observation group was 1.8% (3/170), significantly lower than that in the control group (10.6%, 18/170) (P <0.05). The nursing care in the observation group Satisfaction and nursing quality scores were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nursing checkup system in operating room nursing can reduce the incidence of medical disputes and improve patient satisfaction and nursing quality.
