目的测定胎盘滋养细胞中胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ（insulin-like growth factorⅡ，IGF-Ⅱ）的表达，评价在妊娠高血压综合征（妊高征）中IGF-Ⅱ对胎盘滋养细胞浸润能力的影响。方法用免疫组化SP法，测定36例正常孕妇、34例妊高征孕妇胎盘组织中IGF-Ⅱ蛋白的表达，并用计算机图像分析系统进行定量分析比较。结果①在两组孕妇的胎盘组织中，其合体滋养细胞、细胞滋养细胞、羊膜绒毛层均能检测到IGF-Ⅱ蛋白的表达，但羊膜绒毛层染色与上述两种细胞相比明显减弱。②妊高征组胎盘中的IGF-Ⅱ与正常组相比
