基于现代弹流理论和弹性力学理论建立了圆柱滚子轴承等温稳态、非等温时变及其接触面粗糙的热弹流分析模型和应力分析模型,用数值分析方法对模型进行了求解,并对圆柱滚子轴承弹流动态性能和滚动体接触应力进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,轴承速度、载荷、粗糙度是影响轴承弹流性能的主要因素;在不考虑其它因素情况下,接触区内中部的接触应力最高。
Based on the theory of modern elastohydrodynamics and elastic mechanics, the thermo-elastic steady-state, non-isothermal time-varying and harsh contact surface of the cylindrical roller bearing are established. The model and the stress analysis model are established. The numerical solution is used to solve the model. The dynamic performance of cylindrical roller bearing and the contact stress of rolling element are simulated. The simulation results show that the bearing speed, load and roughness are the main factors affecting the ballistic performance of the bearing. The contact stress in the middle of the contact zone is the highest without considering other factors.
