本文介绍了转基因植物的和特点、抗体生产中涉及的问题及植物抗体S-IgA的最新研究进展。 利用转基因植物生产S-IgA具有成本低、安全性高、可大规模生产等特点。在转基因植物表达系统中,用强启动子可提供蛋白的表达水平,用前导序列可引导蛋白进入内质网或植物的其它特定组织,经加工形成多聚体结构。而转基因植物的叶绿体可高效表达外源性蛋白。
This article describes the characteristics of transgenic plants, the problems involved in the production of antibodies and the recent progress in the research on plant antibody S-IgA. The use of transgenic plants to produce S-IgA has the advantages of low cost, high safety and large-scale production. In transgenic plant expression systems, strong promoters are used to provide expression levels of the protein, with the leader sequence directing the protein into the endoplasmic reticulum or other specific tissues of the plant, and processing to form multimeric structures. The chloroplasts of transgenic plants can express exogenous proteins efficiently.
