目的:探讨康复运动联合加味苓桂术甘汤对心力衰竭大鼠血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)及心室重构的影响。方法:将90只大鼠随机选出15只作为空白组,其余大鼠予阿霉素腹腔注射造模,将造模成功大鼠随机分成4组:模型组、力竭运动组、康复运动组、实验组。之后进行相应运动方案及中药灌胃。比较各组大鼠实验后心功能、心脏结构及Cys-C含量。结果:模型组左室射血分数(EF)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)及Cys-C与实验组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);力竭运动组运动后EF、FS、Cys-C无明显变化(P>0.05),左室内径(LV)、室间隔厚度(IVS)、左室后壁厚度(LVPM)治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Cys-C与模型组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);康复运动组及实验组运动后心功能、心脏结构及Cys-C含量与运动前比较,差异均有统计学意义,且优于模型组及力竭运动组(P<0.05);实验组心功能、心脏结构及Cys-C含量与康复运动组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复运动联合加味苓桂术甘汤对心衰大鼠Cys-C及心室重构有一定程度的改善。
Objective: To investigate the effects of rehabilitation exercise combined with Modified Lingui Shugan Decoction on serum levels of Cystatin C (Cys-C) and ventricular remodeling in rats with heart failure. Methods: Fifty rats from 90 rats were randomly selected as the blank group. The remaining rats were given intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin. The successful rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: model group, exhaustive exercise group, rehabilitation exercise group ,test group. After the corresponding program of exercise and Chinese medicine gavage. The cardiac function, cardiac structure and Cys-C content of rats in each group were compared. Results: The left ventricular ejection fraction (EF), left ventricular fractional shortening (FS) and Cys-C in the model group were significantly different from those in the experimental group (P <0.05). Exhaustive exercise group EF, FS and Cys-C had no significant difference (P> 0.05), LV left ventricular diameter (LVS), interventricular septum thickness (IVS) and left ventricular posterior wall thickness There was no significant difference between Cys-C and model group (P> 0.05). The scores of heart function, cardiac structure and Cys-C in rehabilitation exercise group and experimental group after exercise were significantly different from those in exercise group (P <0.05). The cardiac function, cardiac structure and Cys-C content in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the rehabilitation exercise group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Rehabilitation exercise combined with Modified Lingguizhugan Decoction can improve Cys-C and ventricular remodeling in rats with heart failure.
