经济的快速发展及社会需求的多样化趋势需要我国必须更新党员干部培训的理念和方式,同时也要求党员干部要具备更高的基本素质。澳大利亚干部培训制度建立较早,实行规范化、法制化管理,注重培训的针对性,倡导培训的开放性,强调培训的实效性。本文从澳大利亚培训制度的特色着手分析,探讨了其对我国干部培训制度改革的启示。并指出我国干部培训制度改革必须重新审视我国现行的培训机制,转变培训理念、完善培训方式、整合培训资源,突出培训实效,切实提高培训的针对性与实效性。
The rapid economic development and diversification of social needs require that our country must update the concepts and methods of party members and cadres training and also require party members and cadres to possess higher basic qualifications. Australian cadre training system was established earlier, the implementation of standardized and legal management, focusing on training targeted to promote the openness of training, emphasizing the effectiveness of training. This article analyzes the characteristics of Australia’s training system and discusses its implications for the reform of China’s training system for cadres. And pointed out that the reform of our country’s cadre training system must re-examine the current training system in our country, change the training concept, improve the training methods, integrate the training resources, highlight the effectiveness of training and effectively improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the training.
