以富营养化类型不同的乌梁素海和岱海为对象,开展湖泊沉积物中有机碳的形态特征研究,对比分析了2个湖泊沉积物有机碳的形态特征及其差异性.结果表明,乌梁素海沉积物中总有机碳(TOC)含量范围为4.50~22.83 g.kg-1,平均11.80g.kg-1;重组碳(HFOC)含量范围为3.38~21.67 g.kg-1,平均10.76 g.kg-1;轻组碳(LFOC)含量范围为0.46~1.80 g.kg-1,平均1.04 g.kg-1;易氧化碳(ROC)含量范围为0.62~3.64 g.kg-1,平均2.11 g.kg-1.岱海沉积物中TOC的含量范围为6.84~23.46 g.kg-1,平均14.94 g.kg-1;HFOC的含量范围为5.27~22.23 g.kg-1,平均13.89 g.kg-1;LFOC的含量范围为0.76~1.57 g.kg-1,平均1.05 g.kg-1;ROC的含量范围为1.54~7.08 g.kg-1,平均3.62 g.kg-1.2个湖泊沉积物中的TOC均以HFOC为主,HFOC对TOC的积累有重要作用.乌梁素海沉积物中TOC和HFOC含量均低于岱海,2个湖泊LFOC含量相近,但乌梁素海沉积物中LFOC占TOC的质量分数高于岱海.2个湖泊表层沉积物腐殖质(HS)均以胡敏素(HM)为主,富里酸次之.乌梁素海表层沉积物中HM占HS总量的质量分数介于43.06%~77.25%,平均62.15%;岱海表层沉积物中HM占HS总量的质量分数介于49.23%~73.85%,平均65.30%.紧结态为2个湖泊沉积物腐殖质的主导形态,松结态次之.乌梁素海表层沉积物中紧结态占腐殖质总量的59.17%~67.92%,平均67.92%;岱海表层沉积物中紧结态占腐殖质总量的65.49%~81.04%,平均66.38%.总体上,2个湖泊沉积物碳库均为相对稳定碳库,但PQ值、LFOC/TOC、松紧比以及不同结合形态的HA/FA均揭示,乌梁素海沉积物有机质的腐殖化程度较低,腐殖质的活性较高,乌梁素海沉积物碳库不及岱海稳定.
