以苯酚、甲醛为原料,Na2CO3为催化剂,利用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)改性酚醛树脂。讨论了工艺参数对制备改性酚醛树脂的影响。结果表明:增加缩聚反应时间或提高催化剂Na2CO3的质量百分含量,改性酚醛树脂的固含量和残碳率不断提高,其黏度也随着增大;增加TEOS的质量百分含量,改性的酚醛树脂固含量和残碳率的数值先变大后变小,当TEOS的质量百分含量为1.2%时,其固含量和残碳率的数值为最大值;而酚醛树脂的黏度总随着TEOS的质量百分含量的增加而增大。
With phenol, formaldehyde as raw materials, Na2CO3 as a catalyst, the use of TEOS modified phenolic resin. The influence of process parameters on the preparation of modified phenolic resin was discussed. The results showed that: increasing the polycondensation reaction time or increasing the mass percentage of Na2CO3, the solid content and residual carbon rate of the modified phenolic resin increased continuously, and the viscosity of the modified phenolic resin increased with the increase of the mass percentage of TEOS; The values of solid content and residual carbon ratio of phenolic resin first increased and then decreased. When the mass fraction of TEOS was 1.2%, the value of solid content and residual carbon ratio was the maximum value. However, the total viscosity of phenolic resin changed with TEOS mass percentage increases.
