在社会主义建设高潮中,我厂为了满足运输单位的配件需要,曾在去年春季试制东德1FAH3A型载重汽车的变速箱主动齿轮。这种齿轮的形式见[图一]。但这种形式却给螺旋齿轮2的加工带来了困难。为了不願使它的使用性能受到影响,我们没有把原设计的结构形式加以改变,也就没有採用将齿1鑲入齿2,而将齿2用普通滚切法来加工的方案。因此对于齿2的加工,就只有採用插制法或鉋制法了。
