我厂有一台螺旋喂料机需通过改变转速进行配料。在转速表出现故障情况下,我们通常采用日光灯测速的办法取得准确数据。 测速时,在被测轴的端面或联轴器圆周上画上与电动机极数相等数目的白色条或块(均匀分布在圆面或圆周上)的图案,见图1。然后用8W台式日光灯(和电动机同一电源)照射,观察白色条或块是否相对地静止,还是相对地转动,便可计算出待测
