在多元文化背景下,由于国家教育制度的不完善,老百姓教育观念的陈旧,职业高中的生源质量受到严重影响,能在职业高读书的同学,大部分都是初中文化成绩不理想,品德不佳的同学,所以他们在职高读书时,道德品德一般都不是很好,本文就从学校管理、教学方法、教师与学生的关系等方面,论述如何加强职高学生的品德教育。 Under the multicultural background, due to the imperfect state education system, outdated people’s education concept and the quality of students’ qualifications in vocational high schools, most of the students who can study professionally are mostly under-educated in middle school and have poor moral quality Therefore, when they are working high, their moral character is generally not very good.
