在全国范围内广泛开展“双增双节”运动和深化企业改革，进一步增强企业活力的新形势下，劳动保护工作面临着一系列新的问题，需要我们在实践中不断给以回答。本刊这一期举办的《辽宁专辑》，是继去年的《江苏专辑》之后，为继续加强各地劳动保护工作经验横向交流，而进行的又一次探索。近几年来，辽宁经济持续、稳定、健康地向前发展。鞍钢等一些大中型企业和辽宁省各级有关部门，在搞好安全生产和劳动保护工作，促进“双增双节”运动的顺利开展．保障承包经营责任制、厂长负责制等一系列深化企业改革措施的顺利落实方面，为全国提供了新鲜经验。本刊这一专辑比较全面系统地介绍了辽宁的经验，我们相信，它将有助于推动全国劳动保护工作的向前发展。 举办这次专辑，受到了辽宁省人大常委会、省人民政府以及各市领导同志的指导，得到辽宁省安全生产委员会、省劳地局、省经委、省总工会、鞍钢等许许多多企业及其主管部门，以及全省广大职工的大力支持。在此，我们深表谢意。对于我们编辑工作中的不足之处，望各地读者不吝指正，以便使今后的地方专辑办得更好一些。 《劳动保护》编辑部 Under the new situation of carrying out “double, double and double” campaigns nationwide and deepening the reform of enterprises and further enhancing the vitality of enterprises throughout the country, the work of labor protection is confronted with a series of new problems that require us to constantly answer in practice.
